terms of service

i, the artist:

  • reserve the right to decline commissions

  • reserve the right to post commissioned works online

  • will NOT use commissioned work for additional profit. commissioned work will not be sold as merchandise

you, the client

  • may NOT claim my works as your own

  • agree that regular commissions are for non-commercial use only

  • agree that additional charges will apply to commissions for commercial use

  • agree that my works may not be sold or reproduced in any form (ex. NFTs, merchandise, etc.)

  • must provide references for non-fanart commissions

  • may post watermarked versions of commissions - proper credit must be given

work process

  1. send me a message for commissions and inquiries

  2. once you have decided on commissioning, i will ask you to fill out a Google Form as the commission form

  3. i will review the form upon submission

  4. we will discuss the commission and i will calculate the cost

  5. payment must be made after i send an invoce

  6. i will start working on the commission once 50% or 100% of the payment has been made

  7. initial sketches and concepts will be sent for checking for your approval

  8. coloring and rendering will begin after approval

  9. watermarked updates will be sent

  10. final output will be sent only after the full payment has been made

other reminders

  • regular, non-rushed work may take a minimum of 7 days

  • rushed commissions (min. 3 days) may be requested. an additional 30% of the regular price will be applied. however, i reserve the right to decline rushed requests

  • fee covers minor revisions only

  • final output will be sent via a Google Drive folder. the folder will include the commissioned work without watermark and one with watermark

payment may be made through paypal or gcash

  • will do: your OC, fanart, couples, animals, slight nsfw, slight gore

  • won't do: mecha, minor ships, anything that suggests discrimination, abuse, etc.

price is per character; an additional 40% of the price will apply per additional character

  • simple backgrounds (solid color, simple & minimal patterns, simple textures, etc.): free

  • detailed/complicated backgrounds: $8-16 // PHP250-800

png set
PNG set will come with four (4) base expression (front-facing bust-up)
lineart and coloring are more solid & features are more symmetrical than my usual art style
additional $10 // PHP 500 per additional expression
